Join us for the 2026 Summer Adult Ballet Workshop with Yu Xin, where participants will explore the captivating repertoire from Act 3 of Don Quixote. This workshop is designed for beginner to intermediate students, offering a unique opportunity to enhance your skills while immersing yourself in the beauty of ballet.

Who is this for?:

Adult ballet students, ages 21+.  This is a beginner friendly workshop, but this is NOT for absolute beginner students.

​​A workshop designed for beginner to intermediate students creates a welcoming and supportive environment, encouraging them to explore new concepts and skills.

 

​​​​Workshop Schedule (Duration approximately for 3 hours):  

We will start an engaging barre exercise session where you'll learn essential techniques to enhance your skills. After the barre, we'll dedicate the remainder of our time to learning and practicing a classical variation and  a group dance. To keep you refreshed, we will have two 5-minute breaks during the training session. Get to elevate your dance experience.

Participant Requirements:

Participants must be at least 21 years old by the date of the class. Students must have achieved a beginner level of ballet training or higher in order to participate. This Workshop is NOT for absolute beginner students.  No pointe shoes.

San Jose Dance International/Yu Xin Ballet School studio at 1009 South De Anza Blvd, San Jose, CA 95129.  Free parking available.

Cost*:

$200 ($188 tuition + $12 Processing fee).

*Processing fee of $12 is NOT refundable.  Tuition, $188 in not refundable after August 1, 2026.
